The firm:


Sitting in the firm's wider Succession and Tax Practice Group, they are looking to welcome a Tax & Trusts Associate 4 years PQE or CILEX into their team in Oxford.


In this role, you will be advising trustees and beneficiaries on trust-orientated work including but not limited to: distributions; tax planning for trustees and beneficiaries (IHT and CGT); planning for trusts nearing the end of the trust period; trusts that are no longer fulfilling their purpose and the winding up trusts.

If you are STEP, AAT or CTA qualified, this is highly advantageous but not necessarily a prerequisite.


As a senior member of the team, you oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and be a positive influence over the department.


  • Private Client Solicitor 4 years PQE
