Description

Our client is going through a period of significant change and now require an IT Hardware Build Engineer for this enterprise scale organisation.

Their tech stack is all Microsoft based with the majority of their estate in Azure.

You'll responsible for the builds for all departments for Laptops and mobile phones as well as IT asset management and procurement for the estate.

You'll be managing the issue of new kit and end user handover, but also the return and management of any faulty or broken items that need replacing.

You'll have experience with both hardware and software install, configuration and deployment, working with Microsoft technologies. When not working on builds you will help support the Service Desk team with open support tickets

  • Any experience of Autopilot / Intune / Endpoint would be highly advantageous
  • Experience with hand holding of end users
  • Experience of working in an ITIL embracing environment
  • Ability to prioritise your workload

It's a really friendly team and you'll have the opportunity to get involved with support and project work whilst receiving progress and develop through ongoing training and personal development.

This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract where you will be based at their Horsham offices 4 days per week.
