We are looking for a
Team Leader to work in our community services based in Surrey.

You will be working with autistic individuals across the community in Surrey Previous experience of working with people who exhibit challenging behaviour is essential in this role, as well as a talent for managing a group of highly experienced staff.


We are looking for an individual who has substantial experience in supporting people with Autism and has a passion for supporting autistic adults (including those with Asperger syndrome and PDA).


Our community services currently supports 3 adult males in a safe environment and you will be working in a team of fully trained experienced staff support the people we support to have a good quality of life, ensuring support and activities are meaningful to each individual.

We support the residents to develop their skills and independence.

You will need to be enthusiastic and willing to help individuals with a variety of care and support needs including:


  • Accessing the community, shopping, social outings and leisure activities
  • Drive service users to and from their homes
  • Domestic tasks like cooking and personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Budgeting and care planning
