Store Manager for a high street retail store in
Southend On Sea We are recruiting for a ladies fashion retailer that are rapidly expanding due to their success You will be the
Store Manager at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and to drive and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service and results You will be leading a team and controlling budgets,driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained and the new store opening is as successful as others.

This fabulous brand are growing across the UK opening new stores. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager to join this vibrant fashion accessories retailer.

We are looking for an existing store or assistant manager who is motivated by leadership,selling and creating a buzz in their store.

This is a customer focused retailer, we want people who are commercial and know what it takes to get great results, whilst remaining passionate about developing their team.


The Role


As the
Store Manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything that you do whilst pro-actively leading the team to success.

To commercially manage your KPI's set by the company and maximise profitability through the retail plan;driving sales and managing costs.

You will assist in the development of the team so they reach their full potential, while ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.

To act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand and culture tocustomers through your team.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Previous demonstrable experience at retail management level
  • Demonstrable experience of working with KPIs and sales and performance targets
  • Experience of leading, coaching and managing teams, including recruitment, training, development and performance/disciplinary management
  • Proven experience of excellent standards of visual merchandising
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Influencing, problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Sound understanding of working with a brand
  • Proven experience in delivering results through others
  • Confident, driven and passionate
  • A real people person
