Deputy Site Operations Manager - Food Manufacturing

Maidenhead, Berkshire is a prime location for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £49,000 per annum, considering the title and location.

The Role:

Main responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, upholding quality, discipline, food hygiene, communication, and employee relations.
The Deputy Site Operations Manager will also advise on and implement improvements to work methods to enhance productivity, performance, or economy of operation.

The Person We Are Looking For:

A production management background in a food manufacturing business with experience in line management, including second-line management.
An understanding of new product development (NPD), planning, health and safety, and quality procedures is essential.
