By joining us as Lead Bid Writer you'll provide professional and high-quality bid writing support for bids of varying scale and complexity within our Defence Bid Management team.

Reporting to the Bid Director, you'll lead, manage and mentor team of bid writers.

Working with our solutions team, you'll create quality responses that meet the clients brief whilst being engaging and visually arresting.

Working with SME's across the business & conducting research, you'll ensure that win themes, USPs, sales messages, case studies and 'hot button' material are elegantly incorporated into our written responses, storyboards, and other bidding collateral.

What you need to do the role
You'll be someone who is proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and is able to multitask and prioritise under pressure of deadlines.


Naturally you'll be someone who is an excellent and influential communicator, both on paper and in person, and you'll be experienced in leading, coaching and mentoring a small team in a fast paced, diverse environment.
