Property Inspectors - Flexible - Self Employed opportunities

Varied hours and working from home and onsite for the region's largest supplier of quality reports on rental properties for letting agents, landlords and tenants.

You'll put together inventory and check-out reports on our simple user-friendly apps at residential properties across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

You will be paid per completed job (fee scale £30 to £60 depending on job type).

Whilst jobs will be booked in advance, a degree of flexibility will be required in this fast-moving industry.


ESSENTIAL:
Access to a car.
Excellent written and spoken English and an eye for detail.
Availability that includes our peak months of July and August.
Basic computer literacy.
To work hard under your own initiative and to look professional and behave professionally at all times.
Have or be prepared to undertake a criminal record check.

Whilst a background in property is advantageous it is not essential as full familiarisation/training with our processes will be provided.
