Overview:
As part of our small office-based in Faversham, our Client Liaison supports the day-to-day organisation and delivery of exceptional quality companionship and care.
Specifically, the role is responsible for monitoring individual Clients' progress and wellbeing, connecting regularly with families and other health professionals as required and seeking feedback on our service quality.
Depending upon the fluctuating needs of the business, the role may include hours directly delivering Personal Assistant (PA) support to Clients in their own homes.
Duties:
- To assist in daily office duties including answering the telephone, responding to and logging new Client and PA Enquiries.
- To plan and schedule PA visits under the supervision of the Registered Manager.
- To provide support to PAs, covering visits personally where necessary to enable timely Client service starts and to ensure continuity of our premium service.
- To monitor individual Clients' progress and wellbeing through reading PA daily visit reports; liaising with Clients' families and relevant NHS/care professionals as necessary.
- To oversee Client Feedback Surveys, collating and reporting quarterly on results.
- To be oncall after office hours, including at weekends, on a rota basis, in order to attend the needs of PAs and Clients.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
