Job Summary


All Rugbytots lead coaches need to be able to engage with 2-7 year old children in a fun, dramatic and entertaining way.

The main objectives at Rugbytots are for the children to have fun and grow in confidence.

We provide a programme that will take the children on an imaginative rugby journey and it is essential all coaches are dynamic and full of enthusiasm.

Any experience in sports coaching or drama teaching would be a benefit.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • To welcome and acknowledge all participants upon arrival of each class
  • To maintain attendance register and maintain administration of nonpayers etc, informing head office of any anomalies
  • To ensure classes commence and finish on time
  • To lead, motivate and engage with the children in your classes
  • Work though the Rugbytots programme to teach the basic core skills used in rugby in a fun and structured environment using equipment and apparatus provided
  • The Rugbytots programme must be used
  • Encouraging team spirit and patience amongst the team by doing appropriate games and tasks in groups and individually
  • Maintain authority over the class in a clear and concise manner and promptly addressing any disruptive behaviour

Qualifications and Skills
Any coaching experience or interest is sport.


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£15.00-£50.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitising all children and parents prior to class and after class. Sanitise equipment in between sessions.
