About The Role:

The Group Talent Attraction Advisor is responsible for partnering with the business to provide 360 full-cycle recruitment.

You'll provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process - from developing attraction campaigns, through effective talent pipelining and succession planning, to sourcing, selection, offer management and onboarding.

As a team, we strive to attract, recruit and retain the best talent to support Richter's ambitious growth plans.

The role can be based in any of the following offices:

Birmingham

,

Warrington

or

Newport Shropshire or it can be a remote position but you must be able to travel to one of these offices on a weekly basis to meet with the team. You must also be able to travel to any of our UK offices as required for meetings, interviews, assessment days as well as to attend events.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellence in the management of the endtoend resourcing and recruitment process including advertising, prescreening, interview feedback, offer management and onboarding.
  • Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs.
  • Act as a recruitment brand ambassador, positively contributing to the reputation of the team and to the business as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pools to support hiring requirements.
  • Develop market mapping for pipeline and succession planning activities.
  • Ensure the best use of social media to attract talent to the business and increase awareness of our brand.
  • Ensure that employment regulations are adhered to, and best practice is maintained.

About You:


Essential Criteria:


  • A minimum of 4 years recruitment experience either in agency, RPO or inhouse.
  • Experience in civil engineering and/or geotechnical engineering recruitment.
  • Previous experience using ATS systems.
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office.
  • Good verbal and written English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient and a selfstarter who displays a 'can do' attitude towards tasks and is willing to learn.
  • Strong influencing facilitation skills with the ability to build rapport and good working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and reporting on request.
  • Driven towards achieving results and drives a positive impact for the business.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Highly organised with effective time management.
  • Ability to design and implement identification and search strategies, lead and manage multiple active mandates.
  • Full UK driving licence.
