Jenson Fisher are delighted to once again be partnering with our long established client to recruit a permanent, full-time Accounts and Admin Assistant in a role that has been created as a result of sustained business growth.

Reporting into the General Manager, the Accounts & Admin assistant will be responsible for a diverse and interesting workload split across both the Finance and Commercial departments.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Notes.
  • Process "nonPO" invoices for approval.
  • Liaising with suppliers, logistics and other key contacts within the business regarding accounts issues.
  • Maintaining costing spreadsheets and updating on a daily basis.
  • Deputising for the Accounts Assistant in their absence.
  • Assisting the Commercial and Operations departments with any administrative requirements.
  • General accounts support as required.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
