Description

You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments and ensuring all documents associated with the assigned scope is registered, filed, transmitted and archived in compliance with document management procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through document management systems and work processes
  • Compilation of electronic fabrication dossiers for Quality Department approval
  • Download and store manufacturing records from 3 rd party supplier document management sites
  • Populate EDMS with 3 rd party documentation
  • Ensure all documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordingly
  • Progress reporting on document status / maintaining KPIs
  • Arrange client inspections as required
  • Responsible for the handling of requests for new Document numbers
  • Quality check of all Documentation prior to issuing / transmitting to client
  • Ensure all documentation is transmitted to the client as per client requirements and in an expedient manner
  • Create new users within EDMS
  • Maintains workflow of documents through use of companies EDMS

Qualifications:


  • Higher Grades / HND / Degree

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Relevant experience (preferably in the associated industry)
  • Proficient in the use of Documentum, AESSOP and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Medium level of communications skills in both written and spoken format
