Our
Mission:


  • Provide companionship and personal care to older adults in their homes.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, pampering, and dressing.
  • Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping services.
  • Accompany older adults on errands, appointments, and outings.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and their families.

Job Description:


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities:


  • Providing personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and providing emotional support
  • Communicating with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure clients receive appropriate non clinical medical care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes in clients' health or wellbeing to management

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • A compassionate and caring attitude, with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the elderly
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative

All applicants must have relevant right to work, live locally and have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. This is essential as you will be travelling from House to house supporting a number of local clients
