Our
Mission:

Provide companionship and personal care to older adults in their homes.
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, pampering, and dressing.
Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping services.
Accompany older adults on errands, appointments, and outings.
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
Maintain open communication with clients and their families.

Job Description:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and providing emotional support
Communicating with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure clients receive appropriate non clinical medical care
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes in clients' health or wellbeing to management

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
A compassionate and caring attitude, with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the elderly
The ability to work independently and use initiative

All applicants must have relevant right to work, live locally and have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. This is essential as you will be travelling from House to house supporting a number of local clients
