Description

Job Purpose The post holder will work within the practice team, providing coordination and administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical team.

Key roles and responsibilities Rearrange patients on rotas in the absence of any clinical staff including the ARRS rotas for the PCN within the practice Support the Practice Manager with arranging training events on closure afternoons and when required to include all practice staff and ARRS staff connected to the practice Taking and circulating minutes of staff and Management meetings when required Liaising with IT to support all clinical, non-clinical and ARRS PCN staff with computer hardware and software issues Support the Practice Manager with Audits Support the Practice Manager with bulk campaigns such as flu vaccinations, BPs and weight management referrals To support the population health management within the practice by maintaining an up-to-date notice board for all patients To work collaboratively with the reception team to maintain an effective and efficient service.

Undertaking general office duties to support the team To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Practice Manager to ensure quality of service To participate in all relevant training.

Carrying out all mandatory training and attending a yearly appraisal Invite and book all patients for learning disability annual reviews, annual health checks and long-term conditions via verbal, written and invitation links Support the Practice with QOF Support the Practice with CQC compliance
