About the role:


As a New Product Introduction Executive, you will manage the efficient induction of products to the business from the point of range selection through to release for sale, ensuring all new products launch to required timescales and to a level of quality to meet our customer needs.


This position is offered on a 6 month, full time, fixed term contract, the role is virtual working.

Key accountabilities:


  • Support products launching in a findable state and with the information and content required to facilitate sound customer choice
  • Provide project management throughout product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are coordinated in their actions and clear on progress, timings, issues and mitigations
  • Foresee and address blockers to smooth product launch by maintaining deep knowledge of multiple systems and processes both current and evolving.
  • Investigate and own unforeseen issues by working with IT and 3rd parties to reach remedial action and causal solutions
  • Provide first line escalation and support for our internal and external stakeholders, holding them to account for the timely completion of their new product induction related tasks
  • Support the business though being its custodian of the end to end product launch process
  • Uphold the customer experience by maintaining a deep awareness of their needs and the role our processes and data plays in facilitating those needs
  • Consult on the colleague tool requirements to improve the efficiency of new product induction
  • Uphold and evolve our minimum required content standards
