THE ROLE
Objective of a Service Manager is to help the Country Service Manager and/or VP Sales to establish Services within the country, following the Service & Solutions Country Strategy as agreed with the VP Sales and VP Finance


Establishing services means:

  • Making services & solutions sales, legal, service and marketing ready
  • Support sales in selling solutions (consultancy)
  • Select the right service partners and manage them
  • Implement and manage the service deals once won
  • Report the service and solution deal pipeline
The focus of the service manager, starting in this position, is more on implementation activities than on pre-sales


This role will involve regular internal and external communication; liaising with sales, administration and accounts departments to align the customer requirement with CHG's products.

Alongside other Service Managers, you will help implement the countryservice strategy that is aligned to the sales teams.

Predominantly working on UK/IRE projects, there will be a requirement to work internationally with colleagues/customers from around the globe.

CHG provides consistent solutions across all entities, and Service Delivery plays a major role in ascertainingthis goal through it's product set and deliverables.


Core Responsibilities

  • Position country services & solution strategy with CHG sales and setup trainings and workshops, drive change in sales mindset
  • Support country marketing activities regarding services (customer events, content creation etc.) in alignment with country & Group Marketing
  • Provide internal trainings and workshops on tesma in alignment with Group tesma Team
  • Support VP Finance on DPAs (Data Protection Agreements) with customer & service partners to make sure that processing data is in line with GDPR regulation
  • Generate reports for country VP Sales & Finance and Group Service Delivery on services & solutions deal pipeline
  • Be an active part of the International Service Community, share bestpractices and contribute to international initiatives

Lifecycle Tasks

  • Design & describe services as part of proposal and contract, calculate service costs
  • Assess deal performance risk and manage those risks during implementation/operation
  • Ensure backtoback agreements with partners where required (including partner costing & negotiations)
  • Support price negotiations with customers
  • Implement the services and solutions within the country, ensuring that the services promised to our customers are provided in accordance with the contract
  • Implementation of tesma (workflows, initial basket setup)
  • Conduct tesma Trainings for customers
  • Ongoing data management & analysis within tesma
  • As a specialist, provide internal trainings & support for colleagues on solutions/products
  • Endoflease quality assurances and process management
  • Conduct regular service reviews internal and with customers (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Support Sales with up
- and cross-selling

  • Track partner performance
  • Take care of any escalation regarding services during operations
  • Firstlevel support for customer queries relating to tesma and endoflease

Experience & knowledge

  • Experience in IT/Finance/Professional Services industry essential
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services
  • Experience working in collaboration with sales
  • Experience with customers and/or partners
  • Demonstrate history of delivering successful projects internally & externally
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding & project management Great opportunity for a 2nd/3rd job after graduation (or similar experience)
  • You will have exposure to internal decision makers and are ready for that next step to work with senior stakeholders in a growing business
  • Occasional travel will be required.
Basic Salary - £24k

Annual Bonus - £10k (paid quarterly)

Car Allowance - £6k (instated after successful probation)
