This is an exciting time to join the Synnovis team.

Synnovis formed a new pathology partnership with Guy's and St Thomas', and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts to deliver and transform NHS pathology services across South East London on 1 April2021.

The new partnership will provide diagnostics, testing and digital pathology services for hospitals, GPs, and other NHS healthcare providers, as well as for several other consumers across the UK.

The IT Project Manager will be an integral part of the development and delivery of the Synnovis vision to be a truly digital healthcare organisation, supported by a solid foundation of infrastructure and innovative use of communication technology to enableexcellence.

The IT Project Manager will manage projects from initiation to closure, including design, planning, execution, control, transition, and transfer. The project will be managed in-line with standard EPMO processes and reporting standards.

As every project we deliver is different you will be required to flex your skills to drive each individual project forward.

You will closely monitor and update project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, progress action points, control risksand issues and liaise with key stakeholders.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the matrix management of the project team and other resources.

The role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual who pays particular attention to detail; you will have an excellent understanding and experience of the project lifecycle and the need for project management frameworks.

You must be a team player,be able to prioritise and manage a diverse workload within tight deadlines, be confident at liaising with stakeholders at all levels and have excellent analytical skills.
