On behalf of our client, we have an immediate and exciting opportunity for
Team Leaders working in a NON- Food factory.

This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing regular work and intended to lead to permanent

The Role:

⦁ Making sure that the production lines run smoothly and efficiently

⦁ Ensuring that the company's quality, hygiene and health and safety standards are always met.

⦁ Liaising with colleagues in planning, technical and supply chain departments

⦁ Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees

⦁ Assisting with daily operation of the organisation


The Person:

⦁ Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor

⦁ Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues

⦁ Basic IT Skills

⦁ Able to work Morning and Afternoon shift (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)

⦁ Have own transport.
