We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join anestablished Managed Print and Technology Services business in central London and head up their Operations team.

As Operations Manager you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the IT Services team, a 9 strong team of Service Engineers and Helpdesk Support Engineers, ensuring that the team manages clients issues quickly and efficiently to keep servicerunning smoothly.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within Operationsfor a Technology/IT Services business
Previous experience ofmanaging and overseeingteamswithin a technical environment
Can motivateand energize multiskilled team
Excellent communication skills, both in person and in remote
A cando will deliver mindset and attitude
Great organisational and communication skills

If successful you can expect a salary of circa £50,000 depending on the experience you can offer, along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and lots of ongoing training and development to help you progress.
