**Project Manager - MODHousing Reactive Maintenance and Voids
£55-60K + Car allowance
Permanent

Based in Hampshire**Here at Howells we are working with a leading property maintenance and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Project Manager to join their team based in Hampshire.


As the Project Manager, you will directly manage a team to deliver a MOD Reactive Maintenance and Voids contract in Hampshire.

We are looking for somebody who has experience working alongside local authorities and housing associations delivering managingReactive Maintenance and Voids programmes.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Controlling the overall direction and whilst maintaining financial control of the contract
  • Work in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure that a high quality service delivery is provided
  • Cost control and subcontractor management
  • Implementing the short, mid and long term programmes for the various work streams
  • Carry out onsite inspections, undertake investigations, enquiries, prepare reports and offer solutions maintaining continuous improvement
  • Hand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators
  • Liaison with the customer and contractor administrators
  • Health and safety on the site
  • Management and control of the site administration and staff
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials
  • Chair subcontractor progress meeting
  • Liaising with Design Teams, Representatives and Consultants
  • Programming works using MS Project
