We are working with an expert professional services business, a respected company who have strong core values and beliefs.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator who is looking for a challenging role offering an excellent opportunityto make a significant and valued contribution to their organisation.

The role

Other duties will include:

  • Monitor retention of unsuccessful CVs and leaver documentation
  • Scan HR documentation, where relevant
  • Upload and manage advertised vacancies on the Firms website and social media
  • Actively participate in the administration and preparation of trainee assessment days
  • Provide firstline support for the Firms dedicated sickness line and update their database accordingly
  • Ensure RTW forms are completed
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR and IT inhouse training initiatives, working closely with the Head of HR and IT Trainer
  • Maintaining accurate data relevant HR systems
  • Assist with payroll with a view to running payroll ultimately
  • Process all leaver documentation in a timely manner
  • Take responsibility for incoming calls to the HR function in the absence of the Head of HR and HR Advisor
About you

Qualifications/Experience:
Professional services background
Experience in HR administration


Skills:
Excellent attention to detail

Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Good numeracy skills
