Are you an Administrator who is available immediately and looking for a role within a company that offers progression?
We are working with our client based in Sevenoaks to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a Full Time / Permanent basis.
The role will be office based and is based in lovely refurbished offices and offers the benefit of free on site parking.
- Checking and recording weekly time sheets for around 80 employees
- Checking that all holiday and sickness is recorded correctly
- Recording business mileage and checking its compliant as per HMRC legislation
- Processing weekly/monthly expenses for over 100 employees
- Updating employee bank details when needed
- Issuing new holiday forms
- Adhoc Administration for the Accounts team
