What is Recruitment Consultancy?

What will you be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

  • You will be responsible for:_
  • Generating new business through business development
  • Producing adverts for job opportunities
  • Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission

The package of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Basic salary: £25,000 increasing to 27,000 within first 9 months
  • Lucrative uncapped commission structure
  • 1st year earnings OTE £40,000+
  • 2nd year earnings OTE £60,000+
  • Fast paced career progression

Pay:
£30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
