About the role
The role is to oversee and manage the training within the customer service teams and Exams administrators

This includes conducting training needs analysis, training content creation and training delivery.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. You will be expected to work additional hours over the results period in August.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the quality of our products and services consistently meet customer's requirements.
  • Conducting training needs analysis
  • Liase with the quality manager to identify training gaps
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure all content is up to date
  • Manage live customer events
  • Train, onboard and evaluate new staff
  • Track employee success and progress
  • Prepare and deliver training courses
  • Create training content
  • Analyse effectiveness of training
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively and tactfully with colleagues in all levels.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to motivate others and have a collaborative approach to achieving results
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual with proven ability to generate solutions and results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to various levels
