Property Litigation Paralegal

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a Housing & Property management team at a ranked legal 500 top tier firm to work as a Property Litigation Paralegal.

One of the largest teams in England, this is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with 33 feeearners directly gaining first-hand experience and knowledge.

Assistance with possession actions, tenancy violations, antisocial behaviour, claims of inadequate maintenance, various proceedings, and forfeiture against leaseholders are just a few examples of the general work you will be doing as a Property Litigation Paralegal.


Your New Role:

You will be joining an exciting team undertaking duties such as:

  • Assisting solicitors and fee earners
  • Drafting claims and witness statements
  • Gathering legal documents and bundles
  • Physically attending court
  • Court and client liaison
  • Assisting with various enquiries
  • Organising filing within the company

About You:


  • Previous property litigation, ideally 12 years
  • Need to be ambitious, proactive, and reliable
  • Effective organisational and IT skills
