£22,650 per year

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm


Location:
Burntwood


Work Environment:
Office Based

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the workload of our National Field Service Engineers
  • Organise and prioritise engineers' tasks to meet client expectations daily
  • Log all service requests on our service management database (SAP)
  • Prioritise callouts, maintenance, repairs, and installations to surpass Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure completion of service calls and followup actions as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing accurate quotes if necessary
  • Collaborate with Suppliers, Logistics teams, and provide general admin support
  • Assist the sales team as required

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Proficiency in using service management software (SAP knowledge advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
