Customer Service and Support Coordinator

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Join our clients team, a global leader in their industry. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Support Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the workload of our National Field Service Engineers
- Organise and prioritise engineers' tasks to meet client expectations daily
- Log all service requests on our service management database (SAP)
- Prioritise callouts, maintenance, repairs, and installations to surpass Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure completion of service calls and followup actions as needed
- Communicate directly with clients, providing accurate quotes if necessary
- Collaborate with Suppliers, Logistics teams, and provide general admin support
- Assist the sales team as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficiency in using service management software (SAP knowledge advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
