Description

As the Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and will have responsibility for supporting the sales process for all our corporate customers, processing orders, completing the paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining the filing and databases, and communicating with customers and colleagues professionally and courteously.

Sales administrators are often the first point of contact for the general public, so will need to have excellent interpersonal skills to meet the needs of their employer.

Knowledge and/or experience of Steel Fabrication industry would be advantageous.

You need to have some key abilities & qualifications

  • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Good communicator
  • At least GCSE level ICT
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Multi tasking Good team player
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to business needs
  • Stay uptodate with new products and features
  • Ability to learn on the job (training provided)
  • Good progress will be recognised and rewarded
  • Ownership and responsibility of the job in hand

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
