Senior Administrator - Pangbourne (Hybrid after probation) - £ £30000

Our Client:


A membership organisation who serve a community of around 1500 members require a Senior Administrator to join their established and friendly team.

You will provide administrative support to four Directors


The Role:

The post holder has a critical role in the successful running of the office and is expected to undertake
a wide range of activities across a varied area of core areas of responsibility.


Duties Will Include:


  • Manage the commitments of the Directors, making meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Actively support the association's membership database
  • Manage the association's online document filing and retrieval systems
  • Assist the media and communications advisor with the management of the website
  • Send out enews bulletins to members, provided by the media and communications advisor
  • Prepare agendas and papers for meetings
  • Attend identified meetings, taking and publishing minutes
  • Support the Directors in all arrangements in respect of the annual conference
  • Liaise with the hotel about conference arrangements
  • Send invites to branches, guests and speakers, record bookings on the database and forward invoices to the finance officer
  • Collate speaker biographies, pictures, speeches / presentations on set format and forward to AV company in line with their IT requirements

About You:

You will be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be have previous experience working in secretarial, administrative or PA roles and have strong IT skills.
