Join us as a Team Leader

  • We'll look to you to play a significant part in helping us to deliver trust and advocacy to our customers
  • You'll identify and meet customers' needs and managing risk to make sure the organisation maintains key regulatory, operational, credit and control processes
  • This is an opportunity to further develop an extensive range of skills and expertise, while gaining valuable exposure across the bank

What you'll do:

You'll be managing the customer experience and the performance of the team against agreed metrics. You'll also make sure colleagues understand products and services and promote these to fulfil customers' needs. In addition, you'll be responsible for team performance and for making improvements to customer service through constant performance reviews.


Other duties include:

  • Supporting the unit manager by deputising and undertaking adhoc work and projects
  • Using MI to recommend changes and support transformation initiatives
  • Creating a culture that encourages continuous improvement through detailed feedback
  • Reacting to feedback from colleagues and customers to improve the customer experience
  • Acting as a figurehead for your team and becoming a role model for our standards
