An award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy are now seeking an experience Senior Finance Administrator to join their ambitious team in Norwich, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Senior Finance Administrator Role

The Senior Finance Administrator will be required to cover a winder remit of all aspects of office and project administration.

The Senior Finance Administrator requires an excellent all-round understanding of business processes and the ability to be adaptableand collaborative with excellent multitasking, communication and organisational skills.

The Senior Finance Administrator will support lead persons with project fee and resourcing management using internal software whilst also supporting with month project reviews.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.

The Senior Finance Administrator

Previous experience in a finance based role
Experience with implementing new processes
Line Manager or leadership experience
Experience with supporting and working with a Senior team or Board members
Good with numbers and mathematically competent
Very high standards of accuracy and presentation
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proven experience in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Intermediate/Advanced
Able to work proactively on own initiative and prioritise workload
Knowledge of the architecture/construction industry (desirable)
