The Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery are advertising a one year fill time clinical fellowship post to attain advances specialist skills across a spectrum of neurological services.

There will be the opportunity to perform an audit, quality improvement project or clinical research project under senior supervision.

Attendance of national and international courses and conferences is encouraged as is presentation of original research work in these settings to help the fellow develop a strong reputation in the area and initiate career building networking opportunities.

This position meets all essential and desirable criteria set out in the BPNS/ BMS accredited neuromuscular fellowship document (attached) by way of the basic weekly timetable (below).

Weekly undifferentiated peripheral nerve and muscle clinic sessions can be supplemented or replaced by a range of sub-speciality clinics (mitochondrial, channelopathy, myasthenia, MND, Kennedy's, inflammatory neuropathy, haem-onc neuropathy, check-point inhibitor neurotoxicity, McArdles, CMT management, rare genetic neuropathy) or clinical experience in related subspecialties according to self-directed learning goals.
