This position will effectively be covering the whole of Essex, so regardless of where you live so long as you are Essex based and prepared to commute then this is fine as you will travel to cover appointments however, your main base will be at homeand is also being offered on a full or part time basis

The role will require recent experience in undertaking buildings surveys, schedules of condition/dilapidations, party wall and development monitoring.

The successful applicant will join a successful company and work independently throughout Essex and surrounding areas, working partly from office and home.

Basic salary £35,000 to £40,000 plus commission with on target earnings of £45,000 to £55,000 with salary and package dependant on level of experience with the top end being for an experienced, fully qualified RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

Plus companycar or car allowance.
