Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Complete all tasks to a premium standard in line with an agreed time scale
  • Carry out administration duties
  • Maintain safe working practices within all areas

Skills & Experience

  • Professional communication manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Friendly and hardworking
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
