We are looking for passionate Health Care Assistants looking to care for the elderly in a prestige facility in Woking.

Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK
Minimum 6 months experience
Uptodate Training Certificates
Valid DBS Certificate (obtainable by us)
Fully Vaccinated

What we offer:

Key Responsibilities:

To undertake tasks in accordance with the clients' personcentred care plans
To assist clients in their daily activities as identified in their individual personcentred care plans and any activities deemed appropriate for their development
To encourage and support clients to participate in decision making about their own lives as they can reasonably be expected to do so.
To note and report any perceived changes in the clients condition to the person in charge.
To communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and visitors
To maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and at all times.
To assist in providing a fulfilling environment so that clients can strive to develop their full potential taking into consideration their vulnerability and need for support on an individual basis.
