Claremont Day Nursery is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team in the baby room.
You should have a solid knowledge of the EYFS, with a childcare qualification at level two or three, key person experience, be well organised and demonstrate excellent relations with children, babies, practitioners and parents alike.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To be aware of, and comply with, all Nursery Policies and Procedures.
To ensure confidentiality is maintained within the Nursery.
To have an understanding of child development and childcare; and to value each child as an individual. Offering all children equal opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disabilities, cultural or linguistic background.
To plan and contribute to a programme of activities suitable for the age ranges of our children and follow the guidelines of The Early Years Foundation Stage.
To observe each child's progress and report on achievements, looking for progression and continuity; and to participate in a 'Key Worker system'
To undertake a shared responsibility throughout the Nursery for all health, safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
To participate as required in children's meal times, serving and acting as a role model, and ensuring all allergies and special diets are identified and support.

£17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
