CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with an established, successful business based in central Chichester, West Sussex.

Due to a project, funding has been granted to take on an additional part time Finance Assistant, who will focus on the setup, testingand documentation of their online staff expenses system.

This assignment is anticpated to run until July hours is on offer, with flexibility as to when the hours are completed.


What will the part time Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Undertaking a range of payroll projects which move the overall provision of the group's payroll;
  • Setup, testing & documenting the online staff expenses system, working with the project team to implement the merging of two payrolls ahead of an April 2023 Go live date;
  • Developing training material and guidance documents for staff to make use of the selfservice elements of the payroll system for example, training staff to use the online staff expenses system.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective administrative processes;
  • Flexible and adaptable approach;
  • Payroll experience would be an advantage, though not essential.
