Job Title=Data Quality Lead
Location = Remote/Essex

Role:
- Responsible and accountable for decisions made during their duties, escalating significant issues where appropriate
- Contribute to setting long term strategy ensuring the aims and objectives of the organisation/system are embedded and progressively built upon within the setting of the strategy, as well as taking responsibility for the implementation of one or more planswhich align to this strategy
- Management of multiple members of staff
- Management of multiple senior members of staff
- Accountable and responsible for multiple budgets and or income streams of delivery
- Can demonstrate and deliver acute business acumen in their area of responsibility ensuring value for money, understanding the business of partners and the driving factors for delivery in multiple sectors.
- Develops and implements strategies for improving performance and processes, ensuring stakeholders representation
- Drives and leads development of improvement processes
- Ownership and of implementation our data quality management tool
- Oversee, define, and implement a programme of data quality improvements, policies procedures and assurance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the generation of metrics associated with governance and quality assurance to ensure adherence to policies and report findings
- Consult with business to write glossary of standardised definitions
- Embedding a strong data management culture within the organisation by advocating the
- Data Governance strategy and proactively challenging colleagues
- Virtually manage a team of data analysts/leads responsible for fixing data issues

- Work with other teams to share data and findings articulate improvement impacts
- Help optimise processes, for example, automation of existing manual processes
- Following our Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Continually looking for innovative ways to make improvements based on the latest trends and research
- Networking to stay connected with business trends and changes
- Effectively managing stakeholders and external providers
