As part of the Computacenter group, we continue to expand our Circular Services brand and global capabilities to Computacenter's customer & partner community, we are seeking a sales specialist to leverage these powerful partnerships and expand our business further.


Role Purpose


Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of this role is to develop strategic relationships with your sector colleagues and customers to promote Circular Services and win new service and product business.

The goal will be to establish Circular Services into all existing sector customers, then grow each opportunity to its maximum potential.

Focusing initially on the podium customers and systematically working through them all to identify the quick wins and short to medium term strategies required for achieving that goal.

You will be working closely with the sector account manager and client director to ensure an account plan is in place and drive growth accordingly.

Attending all sector meetings and reviews as the trusted expert and report on progress we make and remove barriers as you go.

Success in the role will be measured by the traction made and progress towards the sector targets.

You will be allocated a sector which will be your primary focus; however other tasks are expected of you from time to time to promote and develop Circular Services in general.

The role be based primarily in Blackfriars/Braintree or home with regular travel to company & customer locations.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record in consultative solutions sales that covers the commercial and operational elements of providing an endtoend asset disposal service.
  • Experienced in services & remarketing solutions for end of first use technology products ranging from workplace, networking, mobility & data center devices.
  • Graduate level or equivalent education
  • Understand how to identify and communicate customer objectives and strategies.
  • Able to take an opportunity from inception all the way through the sales cycle, managing RFI, RFP process and preparing responses and contractual documentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Circular Services, solutions and internal processes used in the delivery of endtoend services.
  • Commercial, financial and legal understanding of relevant aspects affecting our industry.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Ability to build effective and constructive senior relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels.
  • Ability to resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward.
  • Experience of business financials / services /solutions, the market / the needs / challenges of complex customers
  • Has the ability to negotiate complex services and solutions.
