Description
We are looking for a Client Finance Assistant to join our centralised client finance department based in Falkirk town centre.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the salary will be between £18000-£24000, dependent on previous experience.
- Uploading and allocating banking entries on our property software
- Checking and issuing client statements
- Raising and processing client and contractor payments
- Reconciliations involving bank accounts, system reports and tenant deposit schemes
- Resolving queries with colleagues, tenants and clients
- Have at least 2 full years of previous finance, administration/processing experience or credit control
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Have excellent, confident, communication skills, and a polite and professional manner at all times written, telephone and in person
- Be a strong team player, both for the department, and the wider group
- Be willing to learn, develop, and work to group procedures and timescales
- Have a keen eye for detail, accuracy is an essential part of the role
