Description

We are looking for a Client Finance Assistant to join our centralised client finance department based in Falkirk town centre.


The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the salary will be between £18000-£24000, dependent on previous experience.

Belvoir Falkirk is a residential lettings company, and the role will include:

  • Uploading and allocating banking entries on our property software
  • Checking and issuing client statements
  • Raising and processing client and contractor payments
  • Reconciliations involving bank accounts, system reports and tenant deposit schemes
  • Resolving queries with colleagues, tenants and clients
  • Have at least 2 full years of previous finance, administration/processing experience or credit control
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Have excellent, confident, communication skills, and a polite and professional manner at all times written, telephone and in person
  • Be a strong team player, both for the department, and the wider group
  • Be willing to learn, develop, and work to group procedures and timescales
  • Have a keen eye for detail, accuracy is an essential part of the role
