Description

The Upex Group are currently looking for a
Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to work in the
Paddington, London area on a full-time basis


Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Pay Rates:
£13.50 to £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)


Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday with overtime available


Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Hours of Work:07:00 am to 16.00 pm


Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Main Duties May Include:

  • Supervising a mobile team working across varied sites in Central London
  • Using petrol operate tools such as hedge trimmers, mowers, blowers, strimmers and trimmers etc.
  • Using Rideon mowing and towing trailers
  • Working as part of a mobile team
  • Identifying and controlling weeds, pests, turf diseases and disorders
  • Maintaining trees and shrubs
  • General labouring
  • Litter Picking
  • Additional gardening duties as and when required

Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Desired Traits include:

  • A full clean UK Driving Licence is required
  • Experience with petroloperated tools listed above
  • Experience using rideon mowers
  • General knowledge of flower and plant care

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£13.50-£14.00 per hour
