Description
All materials should comply with internal quality, and NHSD Training & Education standards. All Training documentation must be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure compliance.

Set up Applications for training to reflect real life scenarios, e.g., dummy patient episodes, liaising with relevant clinicians for the inclusion of significant data.

Convey complex and technical matters clearly and simply to students.


Promote awareness of end users responsibilities in respect of Data Protection, Confidentiality, Information Security and Data Quality to meet national Information Governance requirements.

Identify training needs, maintain efficient record keeping and staff training booking systems and schedule courses ensuring that training is achieved to agreed deadlines and is cost effective.

Assist with change facilitation by providing coaching in ward/clinical areas when required. Provide post implementation support at end user sites where necessary.

Keep updated in all issues/areas of knowledge relevant to the post and upholding professional standards. Transport and use portable training equipment (e.g. portable computers, presentation equipment, etc) and set up in classrooms/meeting rooms when required and authorised.

The post holder will be expected to have a flexible approach to training delivery, covering out of normal office hours training to fulfil the needs of the Trust, when required.

Any other duties in line with the salary and scope of the post.
