Description

We are looking for Self-Employed Plumbing teams/Individuals to work on new commercial washroom projects throughout our clients sites in Kent, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.


Duties to include:


  • Instillation of radiators
- first and second fix duties

  • Instillation of hot and cold feeds
  • Instillation of waste pipes

Responsibilities:


  • Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
  • Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
  • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
  • Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed

Requirements:


  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Own van and tools
  • Experience within Plumbing of some form
  • Handson experience in working with plumbing materials
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
  • Valid license to practice profession
