Retail Sales & Customer Service Assistant


Garden Trends are a multi-channel retailer in the garden and leisure industry, selling Garden Furniture, Outdoor Kitchens, Barbecues and Seasonal products.

Our business is generated through our retail showroom and online sales using many suppliers with a large product range.


Garden Trends store is based in a busy Garden Centre environment in Bracknell and we are now looking for highly motivated individuals to work in our busy retail store to promote and sell our products.


Days - Hours Working. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

Areas of Accountability:

  • Assisting with stock delivery
  • Organising and managing stock
  • Merchandising of goods to a high level in the retail store
  • Helping with customers' needs and assisting them in selecting a products.
  • Offering a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure that daily tasks are completed and follow procedures in a timely manner

The Individual:

  • Experience within the retail sector would be a great advantage
  • Good communication skills with customer and the ability to be able to talk about our product. Full training will be given
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
  • Highly organised
  • Selfmotivation with a 'can do' attitude
  • Hardworking and able to work to set deadlines
  • Professional, positive, organised and enthusiastic approach
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • This is a very physical, active role


The principal aim of Garden Trends is to provide all customers with a highly professional, efficient and courteous service, delivered by highly motivated and experienced staff.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.5 per week
