Up to 28k basic with 36k-£38k OTE
We are delighted to be supporting a local Basingstoke client of ours in their search for a proactive Internal Sales Exec.
The successful applicant for this role will have strong relationship management skills, as well as having a flexible communication styleand a positive attitude to work.
The Internal Sales Exec will strive to meet sales goals and exceed expectations.Duties for this role will include:
- Outbound sales calls to promote products and services.
- Lead generation.
- Working to KPI's and targets.
- Providing customers with quotations and negotiating terms of agreement.
- Gathering and reporting market intelligence and customer information.
- Maintaining CRM systems as appropriate.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience and a proven track record within a sales environment.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Proficient MS Office experience as well as previous CRM/ERP system use.
- Organised and have good attention to detail.
Other details to include:
- Fully office based in Basingstoke.
- Basic salary of up to £28k + OTE
