Trainee Service Advisor

Full-time Role

Hours: 08.00 to Monday to Friday.

Location:
Grangemouth
We are currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Service Advisor for our Mercedes Truck franchise on a permanent basis. This position is a junior level role with full training provided, based at our modern offices in Grangemouth.

Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs are an authorised Service and Parts dealer for one of the World's leading truck manufacturer situated in Grangemouth.

Covering Service and parts for Central Scotland, we are a 'one-stop shop' for all commercial vehicle needs. We also provide Commercial Vehicle leasing / Hire and sales with our own fleet off over 300. Vehicles, We are dedicated to developing our staff and are passionate about promoting within.


Job role:


Assisting our Service Advisors in dealing with customer enquiries leading to being the main point of contact for customers visiting us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicle.

Liaising between customers and the workshop to provide updates and check the status of vehicles.
Training in all departments within the service team to learn all aspects of the service department.
Invoicing Repairs in a timely and accurate manner.
