Off the back of continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an ambitious, bright, and proactive Director with proven leadership, business development, and deal execution experience.

To qualify, you will ideally be ACA or CFA qualified with at least 8 years of experience in a deal-based role.

This could include a Lead Advisory OR Banking role (Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, or Structured Finance).

You willhave strong technical, influencing, and negotiating skills, coupled with the ability to pre-empt critical issues and communicate these effectively with stakeholders and your team.

You will also have the ability to manage teams and resources effectively, whilst also proactively developing relationships and your network.

Above all, you will be hard-working, and diligent and have a strong desire for further career advancement.
