About the role
Key Responsibilities will include, (but not limited to):
- General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management, and responding to student and teacher enquiries
- Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files.
- To order stock when necessary and ensure that supplies are kept topped up, such as stationery and water orders.
- To meet and greet parents and visitors upon arrival.
- Act as a distribution point for reports, external mail, and deliveries
- To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and wellstocked.
Who we are looking for:
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a similar role and be computer literate and proficient on Microsoft Office.
- Confident and professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
- Flexibility in relation to working hours
