This is an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our business, reporting directly to our Superintendent Pharmacist

We are looking for someone to promote efficiency and manage compliance with pharmacy services.

This role will also support pharmacy teams with queries and requests relating to the provision of clinical services, both private and NHS.


Key Responsibilities:


Tender completion - screening for new services, complete forms via portals, obtain documents from Superintendents and financial information for payments.

Writing award submissions

Contract renewals and SLA completion for Locally Commissioned Services CPAF survey reporting - 100% compliance required Pharmacy Quality Scheme services help and facilitation.

Flu service

Arrange face to face flu training with external body Facilitate online training requirements. Agree locally commissioned contracts, e.g., London pneumococcal service, local area vouchers for council staff etc

Creation of guides for training and service provision Communication: internal with pharmacy teams, departments and set up external communication for patients e.g., via text messages Surveys - create surveys and report on results New pharmacy acquisition assistance - initial tote and PharmOutcomes accreditations and pharmacy service contract transfers Order pharmacy consumables/ equipment, e.g., methadone machines, UTI testing kits, strep A testing kit, ABPM accessories etc.

Ad hoc assistance for services; vaccine administration, returns process etc
