We are Two Circles, the four-time Sport Industry Agency of the Year, and we are a sports marketing and data technology company.

We work with over 150 sports properties, including the Premier League, NFL, ECB, F1, UEFA and Wimbledon. Working as an extension their commercial teams, we help them grow direct relationships with fans to drive business growth.

It starts with helping clients to get a better understanding of their customers, and deliver insights that influence top-level decision-making.

From there, we develop and integrate data technology solutions that harness the latest in data visualisation and machine-learning, and provide digital marketing and rights-sales services that grow revenue across ticketing, premium, sponsorship and media.

We currently have a growing team of over 500 Two Circlers based across six offices globally: London (HQ), NYC, LA, Bern, Paris and Melbourne.

Requirements:

Leading workshops across business requirements, process mapping and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics implementations in a client facing role
Managing project timelines, meeting organisation and hitting required deadlines, ensuring the project is on track and escalating as required
Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
Be responsible for working directly with solution architects and developers to ensure the solution meets the business needs
Managing and upskilling junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources
Able to engage and impress at client Chief Executive, Chief Technology and Chief Operation Officer level, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will possess a blend of the following skills:

Essential skills:

Functional Requirements
- ü Experience as a business analyst / functional dynamics 365 consultant
- ü Experience across systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping
- ü Experience of supporting the development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, in particular migration from on premise to online
- ü Creating end user acceptance testing scripts and supporting UAT process
- ü Creation of end user support and training material.

Technical Requirements:
- ü Understanding of Sales and, Sales apps within D36- ü Strong experience of projects implementing D36- ü An understanding of HTML code
- ü An understanding of SQL
- ü Good understanding and experience in Power Automate (MS Flow).
- ü Good understanding of SQL Report Builder and power BI

General skillset
- ü Can lead as well as manage project teams
- ü Comfortable being hands on and managing key client accounts
- ü Worked across accounts with sizeable budget and multiple markets
- ü Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
- ü Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail
- ü A willingness to travel (if and when required)
