What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: 3 Managing Directors + HR Manager

Key duties:

Managing their complex diaries and inboxes.
Booking extensive travel arrangements and logistics.
Liaising directly with clients and arranging client meetings.
Arranging events and working on projects.
Coordinating with other PA's in different time zones.
Ad hoc Personal Assistance.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

25 years of prior Executive or Personal Assistant job experience (preferably in finance, for one or more highlevel executives).
Experience with complex international travel arrangements.
Experience supporting within Investor Relations team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solutions driven and collaborative individual.
Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Great time management skills.
An individual that is selfsufficient and take own initiative.
